Ordering Information
Since
we want your promotional product to be what you want it to be, we would
like you to call with your order. We have been producing promotional
products for over 8 years and have found taking orders by phone helps
us better understand what you want imprinted and how you want it imprinted.
It is important to us that we make happy customers and have found this
is the best way to make them happy. Email orders are fine, too, as long
as you include the quantity, product color, imprint color, billing and
shipping address, phone and fax number. Attaching your artwork to the
email is great. If we have any questions, we will email or call you.
Standard
Imprint Colors:
White, black, red (PMS 193), blue (PMS 2728), blue (PMS 2748), green
(PMS 347)
yellow (PMS 012), orange (PMS 021), burgundy (PMS 209), Teal (PMS
321), Met. Gold, Met. Silver
Not Pictured - Blue (PMS 295) and burgundy (PMS 195),
Purple (PMS 266)
Production
Time:
Approximately 7 days plus shipping. Orders requiring excessive
art preparation, PMS matching or multi-color imprints require additional
time. Call for details and advise on in-hands dates for deadline
orders.
Over
Run: Orders are subject to an over/under run of 5%. For exact quantity orders there will be a $20 charge.
24
Hour Rush:
Available on most products. Maximum quantify is 1,000 pieces with
a one color imprint only. Camera ready art is required.
Three
Day Rush:
Available for all products with 1 or 2 color imprints. Camera
ready art required.
Art:
We will work with you to get your imprint looking the way you want and
in a printable format. A maximum of $25 set-up may be required.
Proofs:
We will fax or email you a proof of your imprint for approval before
production.
Product
Proofs: A
proof $20 per imprint color. Plus screen charge and freight. Screen
charges will be credited on receipt of production order.
Multi-Colored
Imprints: Minimum
quantities are required on Multi-colored imprint orders. For 2
color, use minimum. For 3 color, use twice the stated minimum. For 4
color, use four times the stated minimum. If smaller quantities
are required, add $30.00 per color for setup cost.
PMS
Colors: Most
PMS colors are available at no extra charge. Indicate "As
close as possible without charge." PMS colors are not guaranteed
to be an exact match. PMS matches are available at $35.00 per
color on most products. PMS matches are not available on Hot Stamped
Items.
Packaging:
Plastic products have a tendency to scuff during shipping and handling,
this is especially noticeable in dark colored products. Individual
poly bagging is recommended. If not requested, factory cannot
be held responsible for scuff marks.
Unimprinted
products: Less 20% (minimum billing
$50.00)
Printing:
Dark color products will alter the appearance of most imprint colors.
PMS Matches are not guaranteed.
Hot
Stamping: Hot stamping imprints
are not guaranteed to be as permanent as silk-screened imprints.
Guarantee:
All products are guaranteed against defects in material and printing.
Claims must be made in writing within 15 days.
Product
Colors and Availability: Color
of actual products may vary from photos. Colors of actual products
may vary slightly from order to order.
Prices:
All prices shown are per unit and include one color imprint.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Orders are subject
to 5% over/under run and will be billed accordingly. For exact
quantities add $5.00.
Credit
Card Payments:
Visa and MasterCard is accepted. Please provide the card
holder name, address, card number and expiration date.
Shipping
and Handling: are in addition
to the price of the product and unless specified, all shipments via
UPS, RPS or Fed-Ex. A small handling charge is added to each box
to cover insurance, tracking and proper packaging. Air Shipments
require written authorization. All air packages are rated by carton
size or weight - which ever is greater Parcel Post shipments subject
to $5.00 pick-up charge. COD shipping add $10.00 per order.
Drop ship is $5.00 per destination, for split/or multi-destination orders.
