CARD ORDER
INFORMATION

Here and you can download an Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file that
contains all the necessary information we need to process your card
order. Just print the form, fill it out and return via fax.
"Verse &
Name" prices include imprinting in your choice of a standard ink
color (black, blue, brown, burgundy, hunter green, purple or red ink)
or gold or silver foil.
Please call to our
attention any unusual spelling or punctuation. Spelling names should
be clearly indicated. Spacing and capitalization is important. Example:
Is it "Von Steuben" or "von Steuben?" Is it "d'Anza"
or "D'Anza?" Is it "MacDonald" or "Mac Donald?"
Accented letters
will be free of charge.
When ordering holiday
cards after December 1, be sure to specify a second choice in case the
first choice of card is out of stock.
Personalization
line will be printed in all upper case letters unless otherwise specified.
Personalization
will be positioned and imprinted as shown on the verse selection page.
Please provide typed
or clearly written copy to be imprinted on the cards.
Some of the cards
are not available with and alternate verse as noted in those card descriptions.
For all other cards, if no verse is selected, we will print verse 136
for Christmas cards, 603 for Thanksgiving cards and verse 1010 for birthday
cards.
Prices are not based
on total quantity ordered. Each card number must be figured separately.
This includes envelope imprint and verse information.
There is an additional
$35.00 charge to print a logo. Artwork must be at least 300 dots per
inch and emailed to PromoteWiz.
There is an additional
$30.00 charge when changing the position of imprint or using a different
typestyle.
If you desire a
verse other than the ones offered on the verse pages, there will be
an additional charge of $35.00. Please type complete copy desired with
the personalization. The personalization below the verse copy will be
in our standard block lettering with the verse set in your choice of
lettering styles below. If not indicated, we will use lettering JFLO.
