Production
Time:
Standard production time is 11 working days. Production begins the day
AFTER receipt of approved Order Confirmation and Artwork.

Day Rush:
Available on first three quantities with a 1-color, 1-location imprint.
Approved Order Confirmation & artwork MUST be received by 12:00
noon.

and One Day Rush:
Camera ready art required.
Art:
We will work with you to get your imprint looking the way you want and
in a printable format.
Proofs:
We
will fax or email you a proof of your imprint for approval before production.
Product
Proofs: $45.00
per color/per location plus product price; Debossing or engraving -
$50.00 per location plus price of item; Embroidery - $99.00 plus price
of item. Proof charges do not apply to order.
Imprint
Color Change: $20.00
per color change.
Multi-Colored
Imprints: For
a three color imprint a quantity for 250 pieces or the second row quantity
(whichever is greater).Registration within 1/32" is acceptable.
PMS
Colors: $35.00
per color; PMS matching cannot be guaranteed on dark colored items or
stainless steel.
Packaging:
Plastic products have a tendency to scuff during shipping and handling,
this is especially noticeable in dark colored products. Individual
poly bagging is recommended. If not requested, factory cannot
be held responsible for scuff marks.
Unimprinted
products:
Must meet product minimum quantity.
Printing:
Dark color products will alter the appearance of most imprint colors.
PMS Matches are not guaranteed.
Product
Colors and Availability:
Color of actual products may vary from photos. Colors of actual
products may vary slightly from order to order.
Prices:
All prices shown are per unit and include one color imprint.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Orders are subject
to 7% over/under run and will be billed accordingly. For exact
quantities add $35.00.
Credit
Card Payments:
Visa and MasterCard is accepted. Please provide the card
holder name, address, card number and expiration date.
Shipping
and Handling:
are in addition to the price of the product and unless specified, all
shipments via UPS, RPS or Fed-Ex. A $2.50 handling charge is added
to each box to cover insurance, tracking and proper packaging.
Air Shipments require written authorization. All air packages
are rated by carton size or weight - which ever is greater Parcel Post
shipments subject to $5.00 pick-up charge. COD shipping add $10.00
per order. Drop ship is $5.00 per destination, for split/or multi-destination
orders.
